In that day of 2009-11-20, one of our customers who came from Ukraine called me:" I wanna order 10 pcs of your GSM MMS camera for sample presentation." So that is the deal. We arranged the samples for him. And we sent the parcel by DHL express the biggest express company in the world. But the story just started.

After 3~4 days the GSM MMS camera arrived there Ukraine. But the customer can not get the parcel. Why? I just know not the problem with our GSM camera, it is the problem of their CUSTOMS. They said the CUSTOMS don't allow them to get the parcel because there are 5 pcs device in the parcel (We sent by 2 parcels with 5 pcs in each one). We don't know how is going on in there, but finally, the customer didn't to deal with it for a long time. The 2 parcels returned to us then. And DHL punished us for USD800 for the tax and freight by return.

And here, we have another order from Ukraine now. :) anybody can give us some suggestion?
